This week Peter created a different Christmas Tree kit to last week using a lot of square section dowel (ripped from larger section pine). There were still a number of last week's kits available so both designs were being built, with some students making both. There was enough to go around anyway. The tree 'decorations' were pipe cleaners, beaded wire, small bells, and a star. There was not really enough time to fully decorate the trees in the time so if there is to be one last woodcraft club for the term, that is what they can do. Kids without existing kits will have to create something different out of what is available in the trays and that won't be too hard. The years coming to an end and it is time to wind up and use up.
