In a computer 'tidy up', Peter stumbled across a 'lost' folder containing his parents collection of pictures, mostly purchased paintings by local Queensland (many from Babinda) artists. They were interested in the work of particular artists who were also their friends. He recorded these on camera some time ago while his parents were alive to have a record of this collection, paintings he liked and others he never did. They all hold a special memory because they were woven into what made up his parents. Some of his own efforts were included because his proud mum and dad framed them and hung them up. There was not much space on any wall in their unit which they had retired to for the last 15 odd years of their lives. Downsizing did not mean reducing their paintings!
