During the Christmas week at Whittlesea PS, a number of the school year levels had the unique opportunity of watching a puppet show in the gym instead of the usual movie. The presentation was masterfully done and only by one single person handling all the changes and puppets, dressed completely in black from the waist up to never be seen behind the translucent screen. The black light lit up the fluro colours of the puppets and beautifully designed props but never revealed her except for the occasional finger from one of her black velvet gloves. The scene changes were fast and smooth and the dreamlike story moved seamlessly along. Afterward this woman came out from the "tent" and answered children's questions, showing how some of the effects happened. This is a worthy incursion for any school and peter leaves the link here.
