This cable car rig was made by the Swiss and starts its climb from the outskirts of Banff to the top of Sulfur Mountain. Since we did not really have the time to do that walk, we opted for the ride up ($35 each person). Some of us were just a little petrified by the experience, like Jan beside Peter who would get a terrible fright whenever we passed over a tower along the way. But the trauma was worth it just to see the spectacular views at the top. Sensational in many ways was this day...
