Sulfur Mountain

Just by Banff is Sulfur Mountain, access by a cable car system. Walking up takes over 4 hours. From the top we were treated to breathtaking views on all four sides giving us an appreciation of the expanse of the Rocky Mountains. Near the top there was a shopping complex with much tourist stuff. The places must have thousands of people up there each day during the warmer months. Chris and Kym shared that there used to be loads of mountain goats in past years and not not one could be found. The walk way to the top was newly made, elevated above the ground to possibly allow fauna to return.
