Nice Stir Fry


This is an attempt at sharing how we cook a stir fry. We add a variety of vegetables plus some chopped chilli (and a sprinkling of meat) into a very hot pan with coconut oil and progressively add less robust vegetables finishing with broccoli heads and mushrooms before dropping in leafy greens for a very short time. The bowls are in a queue, ready for adding in. We also add a generous sprinkling of herbs and Himalayan salt. Sometimes we give ourselves a treat by adding half a can of coconut cream and stir it in before adding the last of the leafy greens. Not counting the chopping up time, the cooking takes about 20 minutes. We add this mix to a base of steamed rice made earlier.
