The last Woodcraft Club at Tallarook concluded with a Christmas theme. Peter cut up the branches of a plastic Christmas tree to make a whole load of potential model pine/fir trees. The idea worked a treat and many kids were able to use one or a few trees on a base to make something personal and unique to them. One of the kids told Peter that he felt like he was one of Santa's elves working to make gifts ready for the "Christmas run". A very cute thought.
