Construction Kits

During the school holidays, Peter went to Reverse Art, a place that collects offcuts of all kinds including timber product factories. When he found a whole load of similar Tasmanian Oak lengths he invented a construction idea for them. Most pieces had holes drilled 100 cm and 141 cm apart (for triangulation) apart. These and dowel for these holes all the same length. Peter found a pile of black straws from Reverse Art as well and conveniently they fitted the holes in a perfectly sized way. Not all students took up the challenge but it was interesting to see that they did with the pieces.
