On this occasion, Peter prepared 18 Robot kits (using the Minecraft "Steve" templates). It turned out to be somewhat challenging putting in the drawing pins but otherwise most students figured the assembly out with the help of the drawing (above) on the classroom white board. Kids who missed out on a kit make pretty amazing shapes from the offcut trays. It's Mother's Day on the weekend so some of the robots may become Mother's Day gifts. Certaily other creations on the day were going to be.
