In the bushes just off our side veranda is a nest now with four baby Black Birds. This is the second time the mother bird has used this nest, difficult to get to for cats, though we have a good view in from the veranda. We know when the father has returned to the nest each time because of the peeping noise we hear. We are pretty sure it is the father that goes back and forth feeding them. A full time job...
