Toy Kits

This a catch up on the sort of projects Peter takes to the school for the recess time Woodcraft Club gatherings or when he works one to one with a child. Most of them are produced as pre-cut 'kits' to be assembled by the children. Peter tries to make the construction as self-explanatory as possible to enable the child to more fully own the task. The children are very proud of their work and the picture above is a small sample of the ideas that have come to fruition lately. Many times Peter has relied on the adventurous and limitless imagination of the children to lead him on to something new. All that is needed most often is economical wood and a good glue.
