Multiple Sleepovers

We had the pleasure of the company of our three grandchildren for three nights. Gord was still in Canada, about to return, and Bec took the opportunity for a bit of R&R. So it was good all around. There were numerous visits to Savers, just a walk away, for random toy finds. For other times there was a small number of DVDs to watch. And the food... Tuna Mornay in Pasta all three evenings as requested. It couldn't be simpler.

The moment Gord reached the door created a lot of excitement and commotion with interests suddenly diverted. After that, there were gifts to give him, random finds from Savers which Piper deemed appropriate for her father's return.

Then it was off back to Gembrook for the Funks with most of a weekend to settle back into some sort of family routine. We are grateful for God's travelling mercies for each of them, especially Gord.
