This was not as easy as it looks. Our car’s engine boiled over in the second last town on the trip (Cockatoo). Gord picked us up and took us the rest of the way. This was sort of a late birthday event for Peter and on a day when we could both make it. The series of blogs below this one all reflect the same event but from different vantage points. Before Gord took us back to our car we had pizza in the Cockatoo Park, a really nice way to end the day. And yes, we did make it home again...
